Case Management

When you need help with hardware, software, and administrative issues that aren't addressed by the resources here, you can open a support case with the Ruckus support team. The type of case you can open will depend on the level of support entitlement you have - guest, warranty, premium, or partner. 

Guest access allows you to open RMA cases for warranty claims and also make administrative inquiries (for example if you are having trouble activating your support account)

Warranty access is granted when you register a product still under the limited 90-day software warranty. This is temporary Premium level access. 

Premium access comes with a WatchDog or BullDog support contract. It offers full access to Premium site content such as software upgrades, additional Knowledge Base articles and more.

Partner access is granted when you access the support portal from the Partner portal. All Ruckus partners have free access to the Support site via the Partner portal.
