Description: The Brocade SupportSave command is used commonly for data collection (device and network information) to assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues. For Windows 2003/2008 environments, a new bfa_supportsave.bat file is required if a user wants to specify additional directory paths (beyond the configured default directory).
