Description: When an ATMNEC ATM-OC3 card is connected to an ATM network where the network clock is supplied by a device in the network, the ATMNEC card will report physical line errors, including BIP, FEBE and PDU CRC errors. This occurs because the ATMNEC part has no available hardware settings to sync its clock with the network.
